Slasher Tv Series DLLorenzo Review

WHAT IS SLASHER?
Slasher is a American-canadian tv series that has individual stories for every season which follows a different serial killer. Following the trends of Slasher films of the 80's and 90's this new TV series brings a new refreshing twist on the genre. Currently there are 3 seasons and all 3 have their own  different and unique stories and try to bring something different a bit like American Horror Story.

This series kept popping up online and came to me highly recommended by a friend, as I love the old school slasher films like April Fools, Friday the 13th, Chucky etc. I remember googling the series just to get an idea and then decided to watch the trailer and I was immediately hooked on the idea and the premise of having a lead antagonist as a big bad of the story and interlinking stories that unravel the mystery and enjoy the little twists and turns in the story thoroughly enjoyed the premise and blitzed the first and second seasons.

Slasher Season One: The Executioner

The very first season follows Sarah Bennett, who returns to her hometown where as a child her family were brutally murdered by a man called the Executioner. The problem is the masked killer is back and is now brutally killing her friends and family but the original killer is in prison?

A very good first season that apparently didnt get much attention when it first launched back in 2017

Slasher Season Two: Guilty Park

The second season follows a new story where a group of  camp counsellors, return back to their camp 5 years after they murdered another counsellor. Since the disappearance of the counsellor the camp had closed and a group of new age survivors occupy the camp grounds. A Killer arises to exact revenge or justice?

Actually gorier than the first series and follows a similar 80's/90's horror slasher/killer follows and kills camp counsellors, similar to the Friday 13th series.

Slasher Season Three: Solstice

Apparently it shows us what a slasher movie/show should look and feel like in the year 2019.

WILL REVIEW THIS PART WHEN I SEE THE SERIES
