World War Z DLLorenzo PS4 Game Review
So the game World War Z has just recently dropped on PS4, Xbox and PC, loosely based on the World War Z movie starring Brad Pitt and the book by Max Brooks, World War Z is a gritty survival zombie killing game similar to Left 4 dead and Killing Floor as players try to survive through story chapters alone or on co-op and also survive in multiplayer matches.
World War Z gives you the choice of 16 characters throughout 4 chapters, set in New York, Jerusalem, Russia and Japan. You have 6 different classes to pick to help against the swarm of zombies!
Then in these locations they have multiple multiplayer levels which allow Swarm, dominations and PvP matches. You can play the campaign offline with AI or online with friends or randoms.
The campaign levels are pretty much get from A to B, you have set objectives throughout the levels, protect a team, reach a place, pick up equipment and then you must also handle swarms and swarms of zombies! Be wary 1 zombie can quickly become many!
You also get the chance as seen in gameplay videos and trailers to build defences, so before the swarm hits you have a few seconds to prepare, you have choices from Mortars, Auto defence guns, stationary machine guns and barricades. You must also keep an eye on ammo as ammo goes very quickly as your trying to kill so many zombies!
With most zombie games they also have their special type zombies, in the game we have the Swat armoured Bull zombie who literally charges at you. The GasBag zombie wears a hazard suit and if you kill him he releases poisonous fumes! Then we have the Lurker, this zombie you will hear before you see him as he growls as he prowls around the level waiting to jump you!!
The game has released already over 1 million units of the game in the first week of launch and have said they will be supporting the users and developers with content. More additional content is hinted and rumoured to be based on some of the extracts from the book, scenes in Cardiff and or Korea has been rumoured including additional missions, levels and weapons to be added over the next few months....please let me have a katana, double pistols and flamethrowers!! More content and levels please!!
More background stories and secrets would be amazing!

Preordered the game from Amazon for £34.99 also got the free Lobo gold pack which gave me slightly stronger weapons to start off with....but also gold plated?!
Really enjoy the game, the graphics are good, bit glitchy at times but all round a really fun game to play, servers are pretty quick and gameplay is pretty fast and frantic as zombies can attack even in safe zones
The graphics are good even showing the destruction of limbs and ragdoll effects.
My friends have picked up the game and this is fun playing with friends! Multiplayer is fast and frantic as you can get zombies to swarm after other players!
Looking forward to any additional content!
